Why an RCIC?

  1. As per Canadian Law, any consultant providing immigration advice must be licensed by CICC and must be an RCIC.
  2. RCICs are answerable and accountable to the College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants (CICC, Canada).
  3. With unlicensed agents, there is no accountability. There is an extremely high chance that you will end up in fraud.

Know that it is also illegal for an applicant to use an unlicensed consultant for their application.

  • If IRCC finds out that an unlicensed consultant has worked on an application, they will issue a 5-year ban to the applicant.

[Honest, Ethical, Expert Immigration guidance]

Before clients consult us, they have a basic understanding of immigration and visa regulations and have preferences based on this.

  • After consultations are booked, all applications go through a pre-assessment process. If you are not found eligible for your pre-selected category, your consultation will be cancelled, and the fee will be refunded.
  • You can still choose to go ahead with the consultation if you would like to consult on other pathways available for you.
  • RCIC consultation provides you with complete clarity – identifying where you will qualify and where you don’t qualify, how to improve your chances of getting the visa/permit, and how to settle overseas successfully.
  • Even if you’re not eligible right now, we will guide you on what steps to take next to get closer to your goal, instead of wasting resources in the wrong direction.
  • Expert and experienced RCICs / Immigration Lawyers charge for professional consultations. You are paying for their experience and expertise.
  • There are 1000’s of illegal visa agencies that are not authorized by the Government of Canada. Such companies may not charge for their advice, may charge in hidden ways and may “surprise” charge you at a later stage. They will also not put their name on your application. They produce low-quality and illegal work.
  • If an unlicensed agency is found to have worked on your application, immigration authorities may issue you a 5-year ban from Canada for hiding facts on your application.
  • We recommend checking our RCIC’s credentials, experience, and results and going through the proper channels.
  • RCIC consultations are for honest, professional guidance, not for guaranteed results.
  • Our goal is to give you clear, legal information about your options, it may not be what you like but it will be accurate.
  • Since after the consultation, the expert’s time and assessment are already provided; the consultation fee is non-refundable.
  • Consultations with an RCIC are legal consultations, delivering highly ethical and high-quality advice.
  • We value your finances and your time. For this reason, for RCIC consultations, we have a pre-assessment process and 100% refund option as explained in #2 above.

It is common for unlicensed visa agents to offer free advice and promise magical results. The RCIC consultation services are not meant for such solutions.

  • Paid consultations are with a licensed RCIC who has extensive experience with every aspect of immigration – from Refusal Overturns to Employer-sponsored Work Permits & LMIAs to every PR and PNP stream.
  • Our fees are in line with what the consultations deliver for clients looking for guidance to fulfill their family’s immigration goals.

If you need professional immigration guidance, you’ll find the session worth it.

We can not provide any guarantee of a visa. Nobody can guarantee a visa – only the Immigration/Embassy has the authority to make that decision.

Our commitment is to give you the best chance of success through expert guidance and the highest professional standards.

If anyone at Richfield guarantees you a visa, kindly report to us at: clientsupport@richfieldimmigration.com
